E’jaaz A. Siddiqui – Board President

E’jaaz A. Siddiqui is the Founder and President of The Bridge Arts Autism & Inclusion, a nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive, arts-centered spaces for neurodiverse individuals and their families. He is also the Founder, President, and CEO of E.A.S. Entertainment Group, where he works to support emerging artists, mentorship, and creative collaboration. With academic training in sociology and communication and a background in music production and the arts, E’jaaz believes creativity can be a powerful bridge for connection, confidence, and opportunity. After more than 20 years of public service with the New York City Department of Correction, he now focuses on community advocacy, mentorship, and programs that celebrate neurodiversity through creative expression.

Kecia Isles – Board Vice President

 Kecia Isles brings more than two decades of experience in educational administration and community support to The Bridge Arts Autism & Inclusion Board of Directors. She currently serves as an Administrative Assistant at a prestigious School, in NYC, where she supports faculty, leadership, and families across multiple programs. Kecia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hunter College and is committed to advancing inclusive opportunities for neurodiverse individuals and their families.

Azure Freeman – Board Secretary

Azure Freeman serves as Secretary of The Bridge Arts Autism & Inclusion and brings more than 16 years of professional experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education at SUNY Empire State University, where her studies focus on inclusive learning and supporting diverse learners. Azure is passionate about education, community engagement, and creating supportive environments where children and families can thrive. Her professional background in coordination, communication, and problem-solving helps strengthen the organizational structure and mission of The Bridge.

Gloria Alisyed-Lewis – Board Treasurer

Gloria Alisyed-Lewis serves as Treasurer of The Bridge Arts Autism & Inclusion and brings extensive experience in nonprofit financial planning and analysis. With a master’s degree in accounting and leadership roles in higher education and nonprofit finance, she specializes in budgeting, financial strategy, and operational efficiency. Gloria’s expertise helps guide responsible financial stewardship and long-term sustainability for organizations dedicated to community impact.

Michael Thomas Ingram // GuitarMusicBoy – Board Member

 Michael Thomas Ingram, known professionally as GuitarMusicBoy, is a talented multi-instrumentalist and performing artist who uses music as a powerful tool for expression and resilience. As an autistic musician, he channels creativity, discipline, and passion into his performances, skillfully playing instruments such as guitar and bass. As the Brand Ambassador for The Bridge Arts Autism & Inclusion, Michael hopes to inspire others by showing how artistic expression can build confidence, connection, and opportunity 

Cher Sorzano – Board Member

Cher Sorzano is a dedicated leader and experienced professional with a background in healthcare administration, business and mindset coaching, media production, and talent management. As a co-founder and executive leader within EAS Entertainment Group, she is passionate about helping others reach their full potential through mentorship, creativity, and service. Cher brings strong organizational leadership and a commitment to community empowerment to her role with The Bridge.
